These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Pricelick Web Companion (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who may use the Service
The Service is available to individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. You must be at least the minimum age required in your jurisdiction to use the Service.
2. Account and Access
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and access tokens secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or present a security risk.
3. Use of Data and API
The web companion obtains account and transaction data from the backend API to display synced information. You agree that we may access, store and display such data as necessary to provide the Service. For details on what data is collected and how it is used, see the Privacy Policy.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You must not (a) attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent security protections, (b) access other accounts without authorization, (c) introduce malicious code, or (d) use the Service to violate applicable laws or rights of others.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Service, including its design, code, and branding, are owned by Pricelick or its licensors. You may not copy or distribute those materials except as expressly permitted.
6. Availability and Support
We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uptime. We may update, modify, or discontinue features without prior notice. Support is provided through official Pricelick support channels.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pricelick disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Pricelick's liability for any direct damages is limited to the greater of PHP 1,000 or the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices; these links do not imply endorsement.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated with an updated "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Philippine law. Disputes will be resolved in the courts with jurisdiction over our principal business address, unless otherwise required by law.
